1. Tuition, Extended Care, and the Lunch Program are calculated on the basis of the entire school year. There are no reductions for vacations and holidays. If a student leaves for any reason, or enters after the school year has begun, the charges are pro-rated as follows:

Enters school before the 15th of the month—must pay full tuition for that month.
Enters school after the 15th of the month—must pay 1/2 tuition for that month.
Leaves school before the 15th of the month—must pay 1/2 tuition for that month.
Leaves school after the 15th of the month—must pay full tuition for that month.
Extended Care during holidays and vacation times are not included in yearly rates.

No deductions will be made for tuition, Extended Care, or the Lunch Program for absences during the school year, regardless of the cause of such absence. All withdrawals, whether before the school year begins or during the year, must be made in writing and shall be effective when such notice is delivered to the school office.
3. A late charge will be assessed on the unpaid balance of a delinquent account. When an account is 60 days delinquent, a parent will be requested to withdraw the child from the school unless arrangements are made with the Administration. Report cards will not be issued if your account is delinquent during any grading period unless satisfactory arrangements have been made with the school. A service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.
