Grade Reporting System
Classroom Communication

Our school’s grade reporting system consists of:

►Progress Reports
►Parent-Teacher Conferences
►Report Cards

Progress reports are issued at the midpoint of each quarter for below average grades. Report cards are issued every quarter.

At the end of the first nine (9) weeks of school, parent-teacher conferences are held, and the first quarter report card is issued.  This is the only scheduled conference; however, meetings may be scheduled at any time the parent deems necessary by contacting the school office.

Classroom communication is very important. In addition to a monthly newsletter, teachers in the elementary school send weekly newsletters, test schedules, flyers, and graded papers home every Monday in a home / school communication folder. Middle and High School students receive basic testing schedules every week as tools to help them plan times of study. Each teacher also has an e-mail address that can be accessed by logging onto our school website.
